A swelling around your ears and your throat is possible if your wisdom tooth is impacted. Impacted here means erupting in a different direction or in a different position. At the same time if you suffer from Pericoronitis (an infection around the erupting tooth) the swelling and the pain gets worse and unbearable.

9.Nausea along with a sore throat, fever as well
Well you suffer from this symptom only if Pericoronitis or the infection spreads towards your jaw or your throat. An infection spreading in your throat can lead to a rise in your body temperature, leading to fever. This infection then needs to be cured only with the help of antibiotics.
